Smoothie Recipe: Tiffany's Nutrient-Rich Smoothie

Lately, I have been blending the exact or a variation of the smoothie recipe below!

  • 1 ½ cups Orange Juice (low sodium) 
  • 1 cup Mango Nectar
  • 1 cup Carrot Juice
  • 1 tbsp Hemp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Hemp Powder
  • 2 tbsp Spirulina Powder
  • 1 Scoop (4.2g) of Collagen Hydrolysate Powder (Collagens type 1 & 3)
  • 1 Scoop (.37 oz) Vital Super Blend (Spirulina, Kale, Wheatgrass, Spinach, Beet, Milk Thistle, Pomegranate, Turmeric, Moringa, Matcha Tea, Flax, Chia, Broccoli, Amla, Ginger and Dandelion Root)
  • 1 cup Cherries (pitted & frozen) 
  • 1 cup Strawberries (frozen)
  • 1 cup Blueberries (frozen)
  • 1 cup Dragon Fruit
  • 1 to 2 cups Spinach
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Pink Lady Apple

Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend well

For a maximum smoothie, I add the ingredients above along with my daily vitamins and supplements and thoroughly blend them all together.

Elderberry/ Elder Flower
Vitamin D Complex 2,000 IU (50 mg)
N-Acetyl Cysteine (600 mg)
Adrenal Essentials (A blend of vitamins, nutrients and herbs.)
Fo-Ti/He-Shou-Wu (500mg)
Probiotic (1 billion CFU)
Probiotic For Women (9.8 Billion CFU)
Immune 4 (A blend of Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Zinc and Selenium)

So dark green that it almost appears to be black!
